East Farm Habitat Bank is a nature restoration project in the Wylye Valley, Wiltshire, supplying biodiversity units to developers, infrastructure promoters and planning authorities. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, East Farm Habitat Bank is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through enquiries made to us.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up. Where an enquiry leads to a transaction, records are kept for the periods required by law, which for biodiversity gain site agreements may be significant given the 30-year commitments involved.
